I have just purchased tickets but still 0 on my account

You have just purchased some tickets but your user account do not display new credit. There are two scenarios when this may happen.

In most of the cases the problem is related to the history of navigation. To resolve it, just logout and login again. To logout use ”logout” link under ”My Account” menu. You can also restart your browser.

In some cases it may happen that our payment provider did not have sent us purchase information in real time. No need to worry. Please contact us by phone or mail and we will update your account with purchased credits as soon as possible. We usually reply to all e-mails in a couple of hours.
